Growing in Faith

The coming week...

Classes to prepare children to be admitted to Communion

We are a church that has made the decision, after much prayer and discussion, to admit children over the age of seven years to Communion.  The children concerned are usually regular members of Seekers and from Church families so they are already showing their commitment to a faith in Christ.  The classes are run when a small group shows an interest so if you know a child who might be thinking along these lines please contact one of the clergy or the Church Office.

START!

A short course of six sessions for teenagers or adults who might be thinking about baptism or confirmation.  For more information contact one of the clergy or the Church Office.

Confirmation Classes

Despite what one hears about the decline in interest in church-going, we appear still to be presenting a healthy number of candidates for confirmation.  Times are changing, and confirmands are increasingly adults wishing to make a public commitment to Christ and to a life of Christian discipleship.  These classes are run as and when they are necessary, and assume some degree of commitment to the Christian life.

If you feel this might be of interest to you, or would like to know more, please contact one of the clergy or the Church Office.
