The Parish of Abbots Langley

Babies and Toddlers

The Creche

is for babies and very young children (0-3 years), whose parents want to go to the 9.30 am service on Sundays (not second Sunday).  It is held in the Breakspear Room, adjacent to the church.  Toys and cushions are provided.

There is also a children's corner in church (with quiet toys and books) available during services.

The parish operates a child protection policy for all its work with young people. To find out more about this, click here for a summary of our policy, or here for a copy of our document, "Parish Safeguarding Policy"

Tiny Tots

is for pre-school children and their parents/carers.  It happens every Monday during term time between 2.15 and 3.00 p.m. (except Bank Holidays) in the Breakspear Room.  They sing easy-to-learn songs, they have a story, and a craft activity - depending on the age of the children.  But it's also a time for Mums/Dads/Grandmas/Grandads/Carers to have a chat over a cup of tea, so even if you have a very young baby please come along and get to know others in similar circumstances.

We now have a regular monthly e-mail to remind people of all that happens here for young families so if you'd like to be included in that e-mail please let us know via the contact us page - and then you won't miss out!
